What if a bulb goes out or a storm knocks a strand loose?
Call us. In-season service is included — we come out and fix it within 72 hours at no extra charge.
When do you install, and when do the lights come down?
Installations run through the fall — most are booked before Thanksgiving, and we schedule install dates in the order bookings come in. We can often fit in December installs while slots remain — the lights will just be up for a shorter part of the season. Once the December slots are gone, they're gone. Takedown happens in January, and we store everything until next season.
