Have you noticed black streaks on the exterior of your gutters that will not come off?  The black streaks are the result of water run-off, which causes particles from algae, roofing materials or the air to cling to the surface by the process of electrostatic bonding.  Gilligan's Power Washing uses a specific solution that is agitated into the gutter using brushes and then wiping the dirt off by hand, in order to deep clean the surface while maintaining the integrity of the paint for a like-new result.
