Are the cleaning agents you use safe?

Yes. The safety of your family, pets, and property as well as our employees are our main concern. We pride ourselves on our safety record, having never damaged or killed a plant or had an employee or customer injured in our entire history. There is no need to cover your bushes or grass with plastic to protect them from our cleaners because all of our cleaners are 100% biodegradable and are formulated specifically for exterior house washing.

Are you insured?

Yes,we have 2 million in liability and full workers compensation.

What type of equipment do you use?

We use the latest in Hot water, chemical injection pressure washers, which are mounted in our trucks, custom made 25-foot extension wands; and custom-made concrete cleaning machines. We clean your house from the ground without banging ladders against it,and we absolutely do not use brushes to scrub and scratch your siding. We gently and professionally clean your siding with the correct combination of heat, detergent and low pressure to achieve beautiful results.

When cleaning roofs we use our Pressure Free Roof Cleaning system. NO pressure means NO damage to your roof shingles. We use detergents that are approved by the Asphalt Roof Manufactures Association and our proprietary algae preventor Shingle Shield to keep the algae from coming back for 2 years Guaranteed!

Does your equipment mean I’ll get a better job?

YES! Hot water..it makes a difference! Hot water beats cold water hands down. Hot water helps the detergent work faster and removes stains that cold water can’t. Hot water also melts certain things that cold water just bounces off of,like gum and grease.

Our extension wands allow us to stand on the ground and clean your siding. This has two benefits:

  1. We don’t use ladders, so there is no chance of scratching or denting your siding or breaking a window.

  2. The wands, in conjunction with our chemical injectors, apply a uniform coating of detergent; this translates into virtually streak-free cleaning. If the detergent were to be applied with a brush or a pump sprayer, it would not have uniform application and the result could be permanent streaking to the siding.

Our concrete cleaning machine was designed (in house) to solve a streaking problem created when a wand was used to remove green mold from concrete and decks. We can now clean concrete and decks better and faster than anyone.

What results can I expect?

In order to eliminate any questions regarding results, we will do a demonstration for you at no charge. This will show you exactly what to expect. We provide our clients with honest and accurate information up front, like the fact that loose paint and caulk will come off, good paint will not, and your windows may spot lightly.

Do you have references?

YES! We have been in business since 1990 and clean more than 8 million square feet of siding per year and thousands of roofs. We have literally thousands of references and would be happy to provide you with as many as you’d like. Check out our Testimonial page to see what satisfied customers have to say about our services.

Who will be doing the job?

We do not hire undocumented workers. All of our technicians have to pass stringent testing and training in the use of our equipment, safety program and customer service. You can relax in the knowledge that the technician on your job is experienced, well trained, polite and will treat your home as if it were his. Our business is made up predominately of referral customers (more than 70%), and we intend to keep it that way.
